The vertical integrated parking heater is an on-board heating device independent of the car engine, which can provide heating for the interior of the vehicle or preheat the engine when the vehicle is stationary.

Structural features

Compact structure: Vertical integrated design, small space occupation, flexible installation position, and suitable installation points can be selected according to the vehicle layout, such as the front passenger footrel area, the rear wall of the cab, etc.

Working principle

Fuel combustion: Powered by the vehicle's battery, the fuel pump draws a small amount of fuel from the fuel tank, which is then ignited by the ignition device. For instance, in an air-heated parking heater, fuel is sent into the burner core through the oil inlet pipe, atomized and ignited by the electric heating plug. The flame returns to the gap between the combustion tube and the inner wall of the furnace through the rear end guide pipe of the combustion tube, and the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged through the exhaust pipe opening.

Heat exchange: The heat generated by combustion is used to heat the engine circulating water or air. For instance, in liquid parking heaters, the coolant is heated and then driven by a water pump to circulate throughout the system and heat it up. The air-heating type involves the heating fan wheel drawing in cold air from the heating air inlet, heating it through the heat exchanger, and then discharging it from the heating air outlet.
