Are the products you sell 100% brand new and authentic?

Yes, our products are 100% brand new, non refurbished, non second-hand, and non dismantled genuine accessories. All products are sourced from authorized suppliers or brand manufacturers and come with complete original packaging (unless otherwise specified as bulk).

Do all products undergo quality testing before shipment? What is the testing process?

Yes, we insist on conducting strict quality sampling or full inspection on every outgoing product (based on product category and brand requirements) to ensure that its functionality and appearance meet standards. Including but not limited to visual inspection, functional full inspection, and packaging review.

What if I can't find the product or part I'm looking for?

We have listed most of the parts available for purchase on our website. If you cannot find the part you need, please contact us with the original part number. We will search our inventory to locate the product you require.

What is your mode of transportation?

We can assist you in selecting the most suitable transportation method based on your requirements, such as express delivery (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT), air freight, or sea freight.

What is the shipping fee? How long does it take for shipment? To which countries does it ship?

The shipping fee is calculated based on your delivery address, chosen delivery method, and the weight/volume of the goods. We currently ship to over 30 countries worldwide. For a detailed list of countries, please refer to the "Shipping Information" or select the country from the dropdown list during checkout. After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, and you can track the package status on the carrier's website.

Is there a warranty for the product? How long is the warranty period?

Yes! We offer a 12-month quality warranty for all brand-new generators, parking heaters, regulators, and rectifier sold. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or the product has quality problems?

Incorrect product/Obvious damage: Please contact customer service immediately (within 3 days of signing for receipt), and provide the order number, product photo and problem description. After confirmation, we will arrange for free returns and exchanges. Quality issue: During the warranty period, if the product has manufacturing defects that are not caused by human factors, please contact customer service and provide the purchase voucher, product photos/videos, and a description of the fault. We will handle your repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty policy.

After placing the order, will you provide the corresponding installation instructions?
